DJ Pup was born in Pakistan, raised in LA, now lives in Boston. Pup got his radio start in LA on 92.3 The Beat when the night jock Eric Cubiche discovered him in the clubs. Pup went on to be the on-air mixer and Steve Harvey’s DJ in the streets of Los Angeles. He eventually moved to Boston where he worked for a few years as a DJ and eventually became APD/ MD for Jam’n 945 & now holds the PD title.

 

Pup is best known Nationally for his mixes everyday with the “Wake Yo A** Up Mix” every morning. "Back In The Day Buffet” at noon and 2 mixes everyday in his “Drive Home With Pup” show from 3-9pm with the "5 o'clock Traffic Jam" 6pm "The Mix at 6."

DJ Pup Dawg has been named “DJ Of the Year”, “National DJ Of the Year” multiple times & Global Spin Awards Names Pup “Northeast DJ Of The Year.” Pup’s mixes are nationally syndicated and has a Top30 Countdown show on over 30 stations.
